We are in love with this absolutely dreamy 30s/40s satin wedding slip gown. We don't see too many sleeveless dresses from this period- it may have been worn with a jacket. The full swing skirt drapes so beautifully and we photographed it with a crinoline underneath. The bust is pleated above an angled waist panel. The shoulder spaghetti straps are braided. There is a gold metal Talon zipper closure at the centre back. Unlined but well finished.

CONDITION: It is unusual to find a vintage ivory satin dress in such good shape! It is definitely in very wearable condition. A few stray faint marks throughout the skirt, but not very noticeable amongst the folds. There are some dirt marks along the hem. There is a small frayed piece at the centre of the waistline.
